• Guarantee profits - Past performance does not indicate future results

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• ❌ Copy, reproduce, or replicate any part of our platform or algorithms
• ❌ Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• ❌ Create derivative works based on our innovations
• ❌ Use our intellectual property to build competing products
• ❌ Share, distribute, or sublicense your account access
• ❌ Stream, broadcast, or record our platform without written permission
• ❌ Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access our Service

5. Streaming & Content Recording Policy

• YouTube, Twitch, or other live streaming platforms
• Screen recordings for courses, tutorials, or educational content
• Screenshots shared publicly on social media or forums
• Video content featuring our platform in any form

Why? Our patent-pending innovations are visible on the platform. Unauthorized streaming or recording could compromise our intellectual property before patent protection is finalized.

5.1 How to Request Permission

If you wish to create content featuring ClaudeTrader™ (reviews, tutorials, analysis videos), please contact us at info@claudetrader.com with:

• Your name and platform/channel details
• Description of the content you plan to create
• Intended audience and distribution channels
• Estimated publication date

We review requests on a case-by-case basis and may grant permission under specific licensing agreements.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

ClaudeTrader™ offers the following subscription plans:

• Weekly Pass: $29 USD per week (billed weekly)
• Monthly Plan: $99 USD per month (billed monthly)
• Annual Plan: $999 USD per year (billed annually)

6.2 Billing & Renewal

• All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

6.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service and immediate access to proprietary data:

• No refunds are provided after the first 48 hours of a subscription
• Refunds within the first 48 hours are at our discretion
• Refund requests must be submitted to info@claudetrader.com
• Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account termination

7. Acceptable Use Policy

7.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our staff
• Share your login credentials with others
• Access the Service through unauthorized means
• Circumvent any security or access controls

7.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Attempt to stream/record without permission
• Share your account access
• Reverse engineer our platform
• Initiate chargebacks without contacting us

8. Data & Market Information

8.1 Data Sources

ClaudeTrader™ aggregates data from multiple sources including (but not limited to):

• Binance exchange APIs (spot and futures markets)
• Hyperliquid decentralized exchange
• Public blockchain data
• Other cryptocurrency data providers

8.2 Data Accuracy Disclaimer

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
• Timeliness or real-time nature of information
• Availability or continuity of the Service
• Correctness of calculations, signals, or indicators

Data may be delayed, incorrect, or incomplete. Always verify information independently before making trading decisions.

9. Third-Party Services

ClaudeTrader™ integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, Binance for data, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• The availability or performance of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs or data formats
• Third-party terms of service or privacy policies
• Any losses resulting from third-party service failures

10. Limitation of Liability

Your maximum recovery from ClaudeTrader™, for any reason, is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding your claim.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. We provide tools and education - how you use them is your decision and responsibility.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClaudeTrader™ from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your trading decisions and their outcomes
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share

12. Disclaimers

12.1 "AS IS" Service

ClaudeTrader™ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

12.2 No Guarantee of Profits

We make NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES about:

• Your ability to earn profits using our Service
• The effectiveness of any signals, indicators, or tools
• The accuracy of any analysis or data
• Future market movements or outcomes

Past performance is not indicative of future results. What worked historically may not work in the future.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

15.3 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights without first engaging in arbitration.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and ClaudeTrader™ regarding the Service.
